== Chicken ==

In a #shallow bowl{}, mix @all-purpose flour{1/2%cup}, @kosher salt{1%tsp}, @garlic powder{1%tsp}, and @cracked black pepper{1/2%tsp}.

Dredge @boneless skinless chicken thighs{4} in the flour mixture and shake off excess.

Heat @olive oil{1%tbsp} and @unsalted butter{2%tbsp} in a #12-inch skillet{} over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Fry 2 of the chicken thighs until golden-brown on both sides, about ~{3-4%minutes} per side. Transfer to a warm plate, tent with foil, and keep warm.

Repeat with the remaining @olive oil{1%tbsp}, remaining @unsalted butter{2%tbsp}, and the remaining 2 chicken thighs.

== Marsala Sauce ==

In the same pan with the leftover chicken drippings, melt @unsalted butter{1%tbsp} over medium heat.

Add @brown mushrooms{8%oz}(sliced) and cook over medium-high heat until browned, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan, about ~{2-3%minutes}.

Add @garlic{4-5%cloves}(minced) and cook until fragrant, about ~{1%minute}.

Pour in @dry Marsala wine{3/4%cup} and @chicken broth{1 1/4%cup}. Simmer over medium heat until reduced by half and starting to thicken, about ~{10-15%minutes}.

Pour in @heavy cream{3/4%cup} and return the chicken to the sauce. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens, about ~{3%minutes}. The sauce will continue to thicken off the heat.

Garnish with @fresh parsley{2%tbsp}(chopped) and serve immediately over angel hair pasta, rice, potatoes, cauliflower rice, or zucchini noodles.
